Configuring Symbols

This window configures the symbols available throughout the application.  Press the Start Realtime button to update historic price data for the selected symbol list.  With Yahoo quotefeed , EOD price data is updated.  (Only Yahoo symbols with Historic Price Data can be used - Stocks, Mutual Funds,Indices, and ETFs) With IQFeed quotedata, historic prices are updated and realtime quotes are started.  The File menu has 4 options, Rollover Futures symbols, Historical Data from CSI or SCT website, and import price data from CSV files.  Symbols imported from the “Import CSV” option appear as Imported Symbols.
