OutsideBar

This indicator detects whether the current Bar is an outside Bar. It returns a 1 if it's an Outside Bar, 0 Otherwise.

The OutsideBar indicator can be used in conditions. If an OutsideBar is detected a value of 1 is returned, otherwise a value of 0 is returned
